仲佳勇简介:北京师范大学天文系教授,系主任。2006年毕业于中国科学院国家天文台,获博士学位,国家优秀青年基金获得者。主要从事实验室天体物理学研究,包括激光驱动磁重联,无碰撞冲击波等。在实验室首次成功模拟太阳耀斑中环顶X射线源和重联喷流,开辟实验室天体物理研究新领域,研究成果曾获2010年度中国十大天文进展,2010和2012年度中国光学重要成果奖,2011年度中国科学十大进展等。

Laboratory Astrophysics with intense lasers

Abstract:

With the advent of high-energy-density experimental facilities, such as high-power lasers (NIF, LMJ, SGII, SGIII), millimeter-scale quantities of plasmas are produced in extreme physical parameters. In this talk I will review some recent progresses on laboratory astrophysics with intense lasers, especially on laser driven magnetic reconnection (LDMR), which is one of the basic plasma processes. We aim to understand the basic physics processes of magnetic reconnection in Lab, such as particle accelerations, scale of the diffusion region, guide field effects, and so on. Some applications of experimental results are also given especially for space and solar plasmas
